Photon Technology International Inc. (PTI) has decided to increase its presence in Canada, by expanding its sales and service facility in London Ontario to include manufacturing. The Company saw an opportunity with the closing of Photochemical Research Associates to recruit highly skilled production and research staff at substantially lower costs than in the U.S. or Europe.
