The QuantaMaster™ 300 Phosphorescence/Fluorescence spectrofluorometer utilizes a pulsed xenon source for excitation, which allows not only spectral and kinetic fluorescence and phosphorescence measurements, but also the measurement of lifetimes greater than 1 µs. The QuantaMaster™ 300 has a detection limit of 50 femtomolar, a signal to noise ratio of 1,500 to 1 and a rep rate from 1 to 300 Hz!

The LaserStrobe™ time-resolved fluorescence lifetime spectrofluorometer utilizes PTI’s pulsed nitrogen and dye lasers as an excitation source, which provides unsurpassed excitation wavelength coverage from 240 nm (frequency doubler option required) to 990 nm. The TM-3000 uses PTI’s patented Stroboscopic Lifetime Technique, the simplest, fastest and the most direct way of measuring fluorescence lifetimes. PTI's LaserStrobe can measure lifetimes from 100 ps to 50 ms and decays of 7pM fluorescein.
