General Information
 PTI's quarter-meter class, Czerny-Turner type monochromators are extremely rugged and versatile, and are available in single- and dual-grating versions. They feature manual digital wavelength control. Motorizing options are available for computer control of wavelength, as well as an optional internal shutter.
Model 101 accepts a 50 X 50 mm ruled or holographic grating. Model 102 accepts two gratings, which are selected with a manual selector knob.
 Folding and flipping mirrors create a variety of configurations for multiple illumination/detection applications. The figure at right shows all of the configurations that are possible. Slashes (/) represent folding mirrors, and X's represent optional flipping mirrors. Monochromators are shipped with both entrance and exit folding mirrors (remove one or both to change configuration).
All monochromators are shipped with two continuously-adjustable slit assemblies. Each optional flipping mirror includes an additional slit assembly.
