Software
The TM- 5 is controlled by PTI Windows FeliX32™ software and BryteBox interface. The acquisition allows for collecting decays over linear, arithmetic and logarithmic timescales. It also allows monitoring fluorescence intensity at a fixed time delay after the excitation pulse. Analysis software contains different decay model functions, including 1-to-4 multiexponential, global analysis and lifetime distributions with MEM and ESM. All analysis packages involve iterative nonlinear chi-square minimization procedure with deconvolution.
