PTI's Phosphorescence / Fluorescence Spectrofluorometer with True-Correction™

Excitation Correction is particularly important when using pulsed light sources, where the intensity can fluctuate from pulse to pulse. PTI proprietary diode-based True-Correction™ is smartly designed so it corrects the intensity for each individual pulse. Whatever the experiment, the True-Correction™ ensures that the recorded spectrum and intensity are very accurately corrected for energy differences from pulse to pulse and for spectral intensity distribution of the entire excitation channel. The user gets a true excitation spectrum and a kinetic trace free of excitation artifacts.
