| Freshly isolated rabbit atrium was stimulated with 90 mM KCL. 2 µM nicardipine was added and returned to normal Tryode medium, followed by the addition of 20 mM caffeine. The Fura-2 excitation ratio signal follows the kinetics of free Ca++ in the tissue. |
