QuantaMaster™ 80 High Speed Spectrofluorometer
A calibrated photodiode is used to correct for excitation wavelength correction as well as for intensity fluctuation of the lamp. The correction is valid from 280 nm to 700 nm, the wavelength region for correction can be extended (optional).
