The standard systems come with micrometer adjustable slits; of course computerized slits are available at a slightly higher price, need four for a basic system. Slit width is continuously adjustable from 0 to 6 mm. The band pass depends on the grating used, for the standard 1,200 l/mm grating it is continuously variable from 0 to 24 nm.
