The Q-5 Steady State Enhancement includes a high intensity "Green" (high efficiency low consumption) continuous xenon source for excitation added to the second entrance port of the excitation monochromator for increased S:N of 10,000:1, detection limit of 460 attomolars of fluorescine. The Q-7P Second Emission Channel add-on for pulsed xenon illumination systmes includes a second computer controlled, autocalibrated QuadraScopic™ monochromator, a gated PMT detector, additional optics for the second emission channel of the sample compartment as well as a lid activated shutter.

Fluorescence Microscopy Enhancement Q-9A

Allows emission wavelength selection when coupled to a microscope!

The Q-9a Fluorescence Microscopy add-on for QuantaMaster™ systems includes a liquid light guide to couple the excitation source to a microscope and a excitation flipping mirror. For detection, another liquid light guide is mounted to the C-adapter of the microscope and transmits the emission signal to the second entrance port of the emission monochromator of the system. (C mount and adaptor for microscope required but not included)
