Tunable Second Emission Detection Channel Q-7

Second Emission Channel Enhancement Q-7b

The Q-7 b add-on for QuantaMaster™ systems includes a high sensitivity PMT detector coupled directly to the sample compartment, wavelength selection by means of filters. It can operate in both analog and digital (photon counting) modes. Additional optics for the sample compartment and a lid activated shutter are also included.

The Q-9a Fluorescence Microscopy add-on for QuantaMaster™ systems includes a liquid light guide to couple the excitation source to a microscope and a excitation flipping mirror. For detection, another liquid light guide is mounted to the C-adapter of the microscope and transmits the emission signal to the second entrance port of the emission monochromator of the system. Fluorescence Microscopy Enhancement Q-9b

For selection of emission area on microscope

The Q-9b Fluorescence Microscopy add-on for QuantaMaster™ systems includes a liquid light guide to couple the excitation source to a microscope, for detection, another liquid light guide is mounted to the exit port of a PTI photometer that is mounted on the C-port of the microscope. The emission signal is transmitted back to the second entrance port of the emission monochromator of the system. Flipping mirrors are used to select whether the light is directed from the sample compartment or the microscope. (C mount and adaptor for microscope required but not included)

NIR Enhancement Q-73

Unmatched NIR capability from 500 to 1700 nm!

The Q-73 NIR add-on for QuantaMaster™ systems uses the existing high intensity 75 watt xenon light source, excitation scanning monochromator and sample compartment but substitutes a high sensitivity TE-cooled InGaAs detector, electronics, lock-in amplifier and chopper for noise suppression, and includes an additional emission 600 groove grating blazed at 1.2 microns.
